The Basics: The Library

An introduction to some of the basics of using the library and computing facilities at the University of Huddersfield

Schwann Building

The Library sits inside the Schwann Building in the centre of campus. The entrance level is on Floor 4 and you can access it via Student Central.

The Library covers floors 2 to 6.

Where are my books?

Books, silent areas and bookable group study spaces are available on floors 2-3, 5-6. See posters in the stairwells and lifts for which subjects are on each floor.

You can use Summon to find out exactly where a book is in the Library.
