Library Services for Studying Online: Help

Help with IT

You can contact IT support by logging into HudHelp with your university username and password*. You can also access online support information and FAQs through HudHelp.

We also have lots of help and support available on our webpages including links to activate your accountreset your password and IT Training.

Please register for our online password reset service. By setting this up with some security details now, you can ensure that you will be able to change your password online at any time wherever you are. Should you ever forget your password, you can quickly choose a new one simply by answering the security questions you have already set up. Don't get locked out, lock in your security details now!
