For general help with using Library services, you can find lots of information and self-help on our webpages. HudHelp also has key information and answers to FAQs.

You may find the help you need in our Subject Guides. There are many specialist resources linked to from these pages, but we also have a full alphabetical list available.

If you need more support, contact a librarian by emailing library@hud.ac.uk, or booking an online appointment.

You may also want to consult your school Academic Skills tutor for support with study skills and academic writing.

You can contact IT support by logging into HudHelp with your university username and password*. HudHelp also gives you access to online support information and FAQs.
